Our qualified tradesmen construct our homes using all of the building techniques currently authorised for use in New Zealand - timber frame, brick, concrete block, etc. - utilising all types of cladding - weatherboard, steel, brick, tile, plaster, etc.
Wherever possible, we source material locally to minimise transportation requirements. We are particularly aware of ecological considerations and make use of sustainable, non-toxic materials wherever viable. We seek to make our homes as healthy as possible and are aware of the benefits of good ventilation and the orientation of buildings.
