Overseas & Out-of-Area Clients

As well as building for local people, we are happy to build for clients who currently live overseas or in other parts of New Zealand, who have bought sections in the beautiful Far North and want to build here.

We are aware that these clients need an experienced building company to:

• Work with them on their design
• Manage the construction of their home
• Have their home fully operational when they are ready to move in

In order to achieve this, Coastal Homes employs the experienced staff and administrative tools necessary to successfully manage these projects.

We will organise free consultations with each sub-contractor such as kitchen designer, aluminium joiner, floor layer, etc., all of whom will be required to ensure that every detail is confirmed with you before you depart the area. Weekly photos and updates will be sent to you so that you will be able to feel confident that you are working right alongside us as an integral part of the building team.
